A brief word..

To all the fans:

In case you've been wondering, there has been another episode filmed for Balderdash...It's just taking a while to post it, because I suck and don't feel like it yet.

That is all~

I'm Down With David Banner.

Back on the Hulk again... Bill Bixby is sorta my 70's icon. Brilliant actor who despite being in some silly comic show totally made it work.

Nothing more to add on that, just that he's a-okay in my book.

Ferrigno is a cool dude too.

Early SNL Thought..

I am absolutely crazy about the wit and witticism of the 76-77 Cast of SNL; especially Danny Ackroyd, John Belushi, Gilda Radner, and newcomer Billy Murray...I love these people...

I was born in the wrong decade...seriously.

No obvious winners today..but..

Doing the library thing-- walking through tv shows on dvd..nothing popping out..until I caught sight of Huff: Season 1... Doesn't look like much from the cover, though I do find Hank Azaria amusing.. Then, read some info/reviews, looks like it could work out.. Far be it from me to deny myself the joy of finding cool obscure shows...especially mysteriously canceled after two seasons yet won an Emmy type gems...

Updates later.

2/25/09 - 12:24am: It's later.. Got through 1 and half episodes of this show.. not working for me. Hank Azaria is great in it, but that damn Oliver Platt..completely ruined it. The guy's a serious jerkoff in it, does nothing to make the show memorable..just throws it into the crapper by adding the late night perv/druggie appeal(Snorting lines and screwing black underage hookers...yeah, way to be..) I know it's a Showtime program, but I'm not getting behind pointless sex scenes that do nothing to further the plot. The hell with that. Show had alot of potential when he was ruining it. In fact, I considered watching the rest of the series based on the premise..and Hank's decent acting....but no thanks.

Luminaries of the Past..

One cool thing about this year's Oscars...and I'm not sure if this is a new thing or has been around(I'm pretty sure they had last year's best actor/actress present the award to the current years..but never in this fashion..) is having 5 past actors present the award for best actor to the nominees..

Simply stated, seeing Bobby DeNiro, Adrian Brody, Anthony Hopkins(tipping hat to Brad Pitt, not too shabby.), Michael Douglas, and Cuba Gooding Jr.(meh, he's okay..) share the stage at the same time was... awesome to watch.

For something I wasn't going to be bothered to watch, I was pleasantly surprised for a few moments.

Meh. It's Late and I'm Still Here..

And after all those celeb women posts, I feel kinda like a perv...that's probably why my aforementioned friends only did this once a week.. makes sense. :)

Probably won't do that again..for a while..maybe.

In other news, I wrote tonight. Nothing big. Just a short...Not sure what it's about it, but then, when do I ever really know what inspires these things. Just cool to know it lingers, I guess.

It's in new shorts. No really. It is...Don't blame me if it's not the clearest of thoughts. Writing has been too scarce, and I was sorta thinking too much when I wrote it.. not the most ideal setup when the urge hits.

Not sure I'll make it through Breaking Dawn-- It's borderline dead. Pun intended. The first three were at least mildly entertaining if not readable. This thing is dullsville. Eh. Whatever. I'm a trooper, I'll battle on probably.

Also, something I noticed this week. I tend to have fights with myself over stupid things...like finishing that damn book. There's a me in my head that's very "Hey, buddy, you read most of this crap, might as well as see it through.." And then, I tend to respond outloud(lately anyway) "Shutup, you. No-one is forcing me to read this drivel, except you and me."(I talk to myself. So what. If I can't have rhetorical conversations with myself, what point is there to have them with anyone else? Seriously. :) )

Yeah. The party rages on in my crazy brain plane.

And I'm rambling..

"K. Bye."
