Ahhh.. What a rush..Thank you one and all, so good to be back for this another heart-stopping, action-packed bundle of excitement that is Balderdash! We've pulled out all the stops this time around and brought back a veritable round table of your favorite headliners for one unforgettable night. This, ladies and gentlemen, is what television making is all about.


Producer's Note: This show was magic..trust me. A decent sized game, with just the right balance of game types, is coming your way. So suit up and enjoy~

1. Names: "Arnold Dorsey"

GP: First person to ride horseback from coast to coast.

KW: Real life person the character of Arnold, played by Gary Coleman, is based on.

OW: Discovered a diamond mine in Africa in the 1800's.

BC: ...had the first verified case of "cat-scratch fever".

*PG: Singer Englebert Humperdinck's real name.

JL: Inventor of the artificial appendix...was sentenced to death after it burst on a timer killing 73 people.

3. Movie Titles: "Walking After Midnight"

PG: Jimmy, a known sleepwalker, is craving Cap'n Crunch cereal..Will he find it..out on the ledge?

KW: Biopic of Patsy Cline.

JL: A comedy about the misadventures of a Broadway performer with his unfortunate sleepwalking problem.

*BC: Ringo Starr narrates this movie about reincarnation, starring the Dalai Lama himself.

OW: A group of teenage vampires go club-hopping in search of cheap love and a cheap meal.

GP: Three young actors in Paris discover themselves and make difficult decisions.


4. Words: "Sagbut"

KW: An unfortunate looking ground squirrel in South America.

GP: Popular clothing style of teenagers in the late 1990's where pants are worn without belts.

*OW: A medieval musical instruments resembling the trombone.

PG: A man in Ethiopia who was angry when everyone mispronounced his name.

JL: A bird of the finch family noted for its red tail feathers.

BC: Nutty spice imported from the island of Madagascar.


5. Laws: "In Winnipeg, Manitoba, you are not allowed to loiter in.."

OW: ...public parks without parental guidance.

*GP: ...the waiting room of a skating rink.

PG: ...the nation's flag..and nothing else.

JL: ...a phone booth.

KW: ...parking lots of official city buildings.


6. Movie Titles: " If I Ever See You Again"

JL: A tale of a man searching desperately for the woman he glimpsed once on a train and fell madly in love with.

*OW: Story about a guy working on a dog food commercial in the jungle who moves to Hollywood to make a movie.

KW: The wife of a mob godfather tries to leave him but he's not agreeable to the idea of divorce.

BC: A young woman goes blind after being beaten by her boyfriend. Though she can't see, she studies martial arts and vows revenge.

GP: A story about a woman who is abused by her first two husbands and a man who wins her trust and love.

PG: Stevie Wonder writes another Grammy nominated song after receiving a corneal transplant.


7. Names: "Antonio Buzzachino"

*JL: Inventor of the perm hairstyle.

PG: 1st man willing to eat cat food.

BC: The inspiration for 'Tony' on "The Sopranos"

GP: The inventor of cold cereal.

OW: The world's fastest backwards talker.

KW: Inventor of the hand buzzer.


8. Laws: "In Montana, it's a crime to keep fur-bearing animals you've caught unless.."

BC: ...you first shampoo it thoroughly.

GP: ...you already own an animal of the same kind.

*KW: ...you tattoo your name on it.

PG: ....it's past its expiration date.

JL: ...it's been thoroughly decontaminated and vaccinated.

OW: ....you hit it with your car.

*GP: Artificially Intelligent Computer Performer
KW: American Institute of Clown Poisoners
PG: Antarctic Igloos Created for Peace

10. Movie Titles: "Fuddy Duddy Buddy"

*JL: Mr. Magoo mistakes a walrus for his friend.

OW: A millionaire declares amnesia after he is hit on the head while under cover amongst the homeless. Known now as Buddy, he tries to recover his memory.

KW: Tom is delighted when his chocolate Easter bunny comes to life, only to discover he is not fun to play with.

PG: Some crackpot genius decided to give a personality to the 80's treasure, My Buddy. The trouble is, he's psychotic.

GP: A 30 year old still living with his parents happens to win the lottery and becomes rich.

KW: A lieutenant in the 1700's English Army, was so disliked by his soldiers, they coined the term 'crummy' , referring to something undesirable.

*BC: The inventor of the potato chip.

JL: Convicted brawler and undefeated prison food fight champion that went on to invent hockey.

OW: Broke the 4 minute mile.

PG: ...stripped naked at the White House in 1976.

GP: English poet most famous for his poem "London Love"


*3. Laws: "In Washington, D.C., it is against the law for anyone to keep.."

*OW: ...more than 4 guinea pigs.

KW: ...a dog tied up anywhere near the Lincoln Memorial.

GP: ...a chimpanzee in their backyard.

JL: ...a tarantula in an aquarium smaller than 4 cubic feet.

BC: ...feral cats as pets.

PG: ...relatives as elected officials.


*4. Names: "Shridhar Chillal"

*KW: He has the world's largest fingernails.

PG: Made up his name to confuse his enemies.

OW: First person to swim across the Indian Ocean.

JL: Inventor of polyester.

GP: Invented the wireless mouse.

BC: The first major Indian screenwriter, he is credited with jumpstarting Bollywood.
